Taylor & Douglas tied the knot on a beautiful spring day in May! This wedding takes the cake for being filled with laughter and good times. I can’t fully express through words how laid back Taylor and Douglas are — these two were just so happy to get married and ready to celebrate with family and friends.

Good vibes and smiles were the name of the game today. Despite starting the day a little behind (and a bit of miscommunication that led to the groom going to the wrong park for the first look), we ended up making up time during wedding party and family photos. After that, it was all about the party!

I loved Taylor’s unique idea of shaking the tic-tac containers for kisses at the reception. It was a fun take on a Midwest tradition!

We wrapped up the night with some off-camera lighting photos, trying to incorporate the full moon into the wedding day. Shoutout to Taylor’s nephew for holding my light and making those photos possible!
